Shipping & Returns

Shipping Policy

Shipping cost is $9.99 flat rate on all items and free shipping on orders $75 and above.

We make sure to pack all the products with proper care by following safety standards and deliver your package on time.

  • Shipping time does not include weekends and your order will be processed in the order of receipt.

  • You will receive an email with a USPS tracking number once the order is shipped.

  • Typically it takes about three to four business days for you to receive the item(s) after it is shipped. However we don’t hold any responsibility for the delays by USPS. 

  • We are not responsible for any lost/missing/stolen parcels once they are delivered. Please contact USPS customer service for further investigation.

  • Our shipping is currently limited only to USA.

Return & Exchange Policy

WE MAKE SURE THAT YOU WOULD NEVER NEED AN EXCHANGE and we hope you love what you ordered! But just in case if you aren’t satisfied with the size or quality of the items you receive, you may initiate the return within 2 days from the date you received the package.

 

Do note:

  • Items should be unused, undamaged with all original tags attached to be eligible for exchanges. Incase you wish to proceed with an exchange we have 2 options to send the packages back to us.

    • We can send our shipping label with an additional cost of $9.99 , which will be deducted from your amount.

    • You can use your own shipping method at your own cost.

  • We do not offer free return shipping on exchanges and do not refund the amount. Customers exchanging the items are responsible for mailing charges.

  • All CLEARANCE ITEMS purchased are final sales and cannot be exchanged or returned for a refund.

 

In case the item is damaged, please contact support@omniacollectionsllc.com with the necessary photos showing the damaged areas. Once the return is approved then we shall send you a return label to send the item back. We will give you a complete refund including the charges you have accrued for delivery. We will process your refund once we get the item back. Email us your account details and allow 24 hours to process the refund.
